This year we roasted the roast beast again all by our lonesomes. How can people think baking a turkey is hard?

- Pull out icky stuff
- Scrub, rinse, repeat
- Throw some random fruits and veggies in the "cavity"
- Sprinkle stuff on top
- Turn on oven
- Stick in oven
- Return in 3 1/2 hours
- Chop up
- Eat
