A quail family decided to come in and eat the aphids on our bolted broccoli. Wes decided to destroy his hair. Cool! Catherine and Matthew make strange faces.

I called it the UmpaLoompa look. Wes didn’t agree.

saw the pix. loved the hair. stayed for the garden shots—loved the arbor best.

Actually, it’s akebia that is growing on the arbor. At least that is what I was told.
